SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION POLICY

On average, it will take between 2-7 business days shipping via USPS, Asendia, or Globegistics.

USA Shipping will take 1-3 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days. 

It will take 1-3 business days to complete the production of our cards and other products to the demand and quantity of orders. For all of our other products, please check each product listing for each production timeframe. 

REFUND/RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

However, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for all cards, puzzles, posters, or stickers. They are considered "Non-Returnable Items." Please contact us within 1-hour to cancel your order. For any problems after receiving your order, we will make a replacement order. 

The only except for refunds offered for "Non-Returnable Items" if you received the wrong items or if your order arrived damaged. If so, please contact hello@theafjbrand.co and we will need photos of the wrong/damaged items to send to our manufacturers to get this problem corrected within 7 days of your delivered order. Please include your order number and/or photos of the mislabeled item. We'd love to get this corrected for you via a replacement order or issuing a refund. Please see our returns policy

You may return the item for a refund or exchange it for a new item within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase. Please note items outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. 

Items must be shipped within 28 days of receiving your return shipping label. Items sent after 28 days will not be accepted. Please note, you must contact us to return your items. Items returned without using our website will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Your return will be inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt.

If in acceptable condition, a credit will be automatically issued back to your original form of payment in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email from hello@theafjbrand.co once the refund has been issued. It can take 5-10 business days from that point for your bank to process the refund back to you.

If you are returning an item purchased with a digital gift certificate, the original gift certificate will be credited the amount of the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your eligible refund amount. To receive your refund, your return request must be processed within 14 days of receipt and mailed within 28 days of receiving the return label.

THIRD-PARTY SHOP PURCHASES

We do not accept returns or refund requests on any items purchased from another third-party platform such as Etsy, Zazzle, Teespring, Redbubble, Amazon, or eBay. Please contact our shop on using the same platform you purchased from. You will be able to contact our/their customer service for questions or concerns regarding your order.
